life is all about balance - between softness and strenght, being and doing, movement and stillness, effort and ease, giving and receiving, yin and yang. when we are balanced and stable within, nothing on the outside can disturb our peace.
this yoga retreat creates space for you to slow down and turn inwards. through different self healing tools you will learn how to create balance and stability within, like a tree deeply rooted into the earth. enjoy a weekend filled with yoga, meditation, ayurvedic workshops, nature, journaling, delicious ayurvedic food and time to simply be - leaving balanced and recharged!
we will start every day in silence to discover the magic of early mornings with all your senses. followed by a meditation, breathwork and slow vinyasa yoga. during the day there is the option to join a hike or simply relax. in the afternoon you will be guided through a gentle yin yoga practice to fully unwind. expect a nourishing weekend surrounded by beautiful nature in ticino to recharge and learn new tools to support your mental and phsyical balance! this retreat is limited to 6 people to provide a safe and familiar atmosphere.

the location
the house is nested in a small village in the south of switzerland (gordemo, ticino) and offers a stunning lake view and lots of space to relax and recharge. expect a nourishing and grounding experience close to nature. there is public parking (free) available, if you arrive by train we will pick you up at tenero station.

your hosts - carla and dagmar
Carla is a certified 600h yoga teacher and completed her trainings on bali. Inspired by nature, she teaches creative, embodied Flows and gentle Yin classes. Her classes fuse different styles, where presence, movement and breath are the doorway to explore the inner self. Carla's soft personality and attention to detail creates space for all students to discover, connect and find stillness within. Her classes will nourish your heart!
My mom Dagmar will prepare the most delicious food for you, that nourishes both body and soul! she will make sure you have all you need to feel comfortable and at home. if you have any question on what to do in the area - she knows the best views ;)
