  • yes, everyone is welcome! if you are new to yoga, our retreats offer a safe space to learn more about yoga and connect with your body, mind and soul. there is no experience needed.

  • we will send you an email with all the details for the upcoming retreat.

    here is a packing list that might help you when getting ready:

    -closed suitable shoes for walking/hiking

    -comfortable clothes for yoga and other activities

    -swimsuit

    -journal / notebook / book

    -toiletries / sunscreen

  • the group size is between 6-14 guests.

  • The food is fully plantbased. We serve a healthy, colorful and nourishing brunch and dinner that makes your body and soul happy! Tea and nuts/fruits are avalable during the day.

  • Of course! You can come to this retreat as a couple, friends, or by yourself (most of our guests come alone). It will feel like a little family from day 1 :))
